Our focus has always been narrow on purpose: only healthcare, only Philadelphia and the surrounding region (Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware counties plus South Jersey). We work directly with hundreds of regional employers — CHOP, Penn, Jefferson, Temple, Main Line, plus community clinics, long-term care facilities, and specialty practices — to keep listings hyper-relevant for candidates and qualified for employers. Every listing is reviewed before going live. Every employer is verified against state licensure where applicable. And every candidate gets a real reply, not an autoresponder.
